the find

Every week, a loop ingests the accumulated Claude Code session transcripts into a SQLite warehouse and emits two things: an evaluation report on how the sessions actually went, and a set of proposals for changing how they are run. Standard-library Python only — no dependencies, nothing to break. An AI toolchain, reviewing itself on a schedule.

§ II

cross-section

Phase 1 is deliberately read-only: the loop can observe, measure, and suggest, but cannot change anything. Every proposal terminates at a human approval gate. The same shape as the trading system and the GPU arbiter — automation earns write access by first proving it can watch responsibly. Its sibling artifact is a behavioral playbook for the coding agent itself, distilled from 82 measured sessions.

Field note: The strangest object in the warehouse is the mirror. The transcripts being analyzed include the sessions that built the analyzer — the loop's own genesis is in its corpus, and each weekly report is written by the very toolchain it evaluates. The human gate is what keeps this a feedback loop rather than a hall of mirrors.
